pop.culture.clash. came together in 2005 and quickly garnered a fan base with their onstage charisma and their energetic live show. At only their second show where they were one of five local bands, they contributed to drawing an audience of nearly 1,000 people. Fusing diverse sounds and influences pop.culture.clash. is a mature mix of catchy guitar melodies, upbeat rhythms, and emotion, punctuated by clever lyricism and infectious vocal versatility. Though commonly referred to as Indie, pop.culture.clash. strives to defy categorization and produce music that can only be defined as original. They recorded their self-produced debut All the right words in all the right places in 2006 and have not looked back since.
